1. Booking Confirmation: 

All denim jacket and canvas trainer parties must be paid in full upon requesting a booking. This is essential as our schedule fills up quickly, and we need to ensure the correct sizes and stock are available in time. 

 

2. Deposit for Creative Parties: 

For all other creative birthday party packages, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made within one week of the party date. This deposit secures your date and is deducted from the total party cost. 

 

3. Cancellation Policy: 

   - Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled party will receive a full refund (excluding the deposit for creative parties).

   - Cancellations made within 14 days of the party are non-refundable. 

   - In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency), we will do our best to reschedule your party to a later date, subject to availability.

 

 

4. Changes to Booking: 

Any changes to the party details (date, number of guests, etc.) must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event. While we will try our best to accommodate changes whenever possible, they are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. 

 

5. Responsibility: 

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children during the party. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the event.
